Product return policy
Product return within 14 days from the date of purchase only, when the product is new and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. A refund will only be given if the product cost is over NIS 50. Less a cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or NIS 100 - whichever is lower. If the customer chooses to receive a credit voucher instead of a refund, there will be no cancellation fee charged. When returning a product that costs less than NIS 50, only a credit voucher will be given. When canceling credit card transactions - there may be an additional cancellation fee for a clearing fee of up to 2.5% additional to the above cancellation fee. It will not be possible to return books and maps.
It will not be possible to return products of any kind that have been used and/or that were produced especially for the customer or according to his measurements or in accordance with special requirements and/or products whose packaging has been opened and that cannot be repackaged.
If the customer requested that the goods he ordered be delivered to him later than six months from the date of the transaction or order, whichever is earlier, the right of cancellation will not apply if the customer requested to cancel the transaction after the date of delivery.
How to return the proceeds
The return of the proceeds minus the cancellation fee will be made close to the date of cancellation of the transaction subject to the return of the product as mentioned above and no later than seven business days and will be made in accordance with the manner in which the payment for the purchase was made. If the payment is made in cash or by check, the return of the proceeds, minus cancellation fees, will be made in cash or by cashed check within 5 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction. If the payment was by check - the proceeds will be returned minus cancellation fees and only after the check has been paid in full. The cancellation fee will be paid by the customer in cash or by credit card at the time the proceeds are returned to the customer. If the payment was made by credit card, the charge will be canceled by Avigdor Orgad by a notification from Avigdor Orgad to the customer's credit card company about the cancellation of the transaction minus the cancellation fee.
Payment method
There is no duplication of promotions and discounts. Payment by cash or checks or credit cards only.
Credit
A credit that is not limited in time, can be redeemed at any time. A time-limited credit will be redeemable for 24 months from the date of its issuance only.

Shipping Policy
Our deliveries are made through Israel Post and in accordance with their policy.
When a delivery is received in the system, it takes up to three days for processing, not including Saturdays, holidays and periods of closure.
Delivery by registered mail - usually arrives within a week from the moment it is sent by mail, that is, up to ten days from the day of its order.
Delivery by express mail - usually arrives within 48 hours from the moment it is sent by mail, that is, up to five days from the day of its order.
Self-pickup - you can come to our store at 15 Bilo St. in Rehovot to pick up the order by prior arrangement by calling 052-2544399.
