The company Avigdor Orgad-Mapot is managed by Avigdor Orgad, a professional cartographer who graduated from the Department of Geography at Tel Aviv University and studied for a master's degree in geography, with over 30 years of experience in map editing and mapping.

Avigdor served as the geography department cartographer as well as a research assistant to Prof. Moshe Brewer (pictured together in the photo gallery below) in the preparation of maps and atlases for 5 years and publishes maps of the world and maps of Israel at a high cartographic level. Avigdor served as chief cartographer at Columbus Co. in Germany, which produces the best globes in the world.

As part of his work, he edited and updated the new series of globes of the well-known National Geographic company, which are manufactured in Germany.

Avigdor served as a cartographic consultant to the world's largest Chinese globe manufacturing company East Treasure in Shanghai - China. Avigdor served as a cartographic consultant to the South Korean company Su-Jun (in the gallery below in the photo with the owner) that specializes in the production of high-quality globes. Avigdor is known worldwide as an expert cartographer with a reputation in the field of globes and maps. Every year Avigdor presents his works at the World Book Fair in Frankfurt as well as at the World Fair in Hong Kong and receives many invitations from around the world.
